Wonder : WOMAN

Woman. When you hear or see the term "woman," what is the first thing that comes to mind? Some people may immediately think of the word "weak." A woman, on the other hand, can be a wife, a partner, an organizer, a manager, a director, a creator, a disburser, an economist, a mother, a disciplinarian, a teacher, a health officer, an actor, and so on. Furthermore, women have a vital part in society's socio-economic development. The majority of women work, whether paid or unpaid. The majority of them work, either at home raising children and running a household, or as employees in the workplace. Women's abilities, talents, ingenuity, vision, and leadership are required to address the world's most pressing issues, ranging from climate change to economic recovery. The response to COVID-19 was also largely female-dominated. They have made significant contributions to efforts to reduce infection numbers and position their countries for economic recovery. Now I'm going to introduce you to some of the most powerful ladies I've ever met. Let us talk about their experience dealing with the pandemic's challenges.

(Hannah Pauline) She is pursuing a degree in psychology in college. Due to the pandemic, schools were forced to close, and students were compelled to take online classes in order to continue their education. She has been meeting her responsibilities as a sister and a daughter at home, as well as her responsibilities as a student. Despite having a lot of academic work on her plate, she manages her time well and finds time to help with house duties. I've watched her become frustrated and tired with her academics, but she never gave up and continued on her path.

(Donabel) She works as a senior high school teacher. Teachers were also affected when schools were forced to close. Despite the ongoing pandemic, she is entrusted as a teacher to print, distribute, and collect modules in order to educate students. She moves from one place to another for the modules to be given to the teacher in charge of that certain subject, she conducts online classes for the individuals who don’t understand the lesson quite well, she attends webinars and stuffs like that, which results to not even having time to eat their lunch properly. After a long day at school, she fulfills her responsibilities as a mother to her three children while still doing housework. She always complains about how exhausted she is and how bad her day is, yet she never gives up and continues to fight.

(Luwalhati) She is working as a chemical engineer and she is also a mother of two young children. She used to work from home even before the pandemic began, but she was also compelled to go to work on occasion. As a result, when the pandemic strikes, they are only allowed to work from home. However, it was okay with her because she has a baby to look after. She works as both a mother and an employee during the day, and even at night sometimes to look after her baby. Her first child is still in elementary school, and they have online classes throughout the day, which adds to her workload, but she manages to keep up despite having a lot of work to do. She is organized and efficient with her time, and despite working nonstop for two years, she has remained as tough as steel.

Women are really incredible. Despite the fact that they only have one body, they are capable of doing all of their responsibilities, not only in their home but also at their workplace, at school, and more. Even if their obligations in our society require a lot of labor, they do not complain. They are heroes what we call “heroes”. They are capable of dealing with any problem that may arise in the future. Despite discrimination, they continue to work for the betterment of our society. Their achievements are incredible, and I desire to be like them: daring, strategic, strong, and skilled at any duty they are assigned. Their contributions to our society are not insignificant; they should not be overlooked because they play an important part in the development of our society. They are deserving of all people's respect and admiration. They are women, not just simply women.
